Development of Leader-Followers Leadership Model at MAN 2 Bengkulu City

This study aims to describe the concept of Leader-Followers Leadership and priority characteristics leaders that must be possessed in developing at MAN 2 Bengkulu City. uses an observation approach a literature obtain information about leader leader-follower leadership. In this study, data used were primary with collection techniques through informants. Secondary is also whose technique study. Decision-making determine owned using weighting method. From results research has been done, Leader-followers leadership adopts Dunham Pierce's leadership, known as Leadership. pays great attention leader, follower, context outcome. All parts play role are interconnected influence. necessary build culture City State Aliyah Madrasa (MAN) so they work together advancing education become one leading madrasas Bengkulu. Based on calculating Context criteria (C), it top developed establish weight 28.07%. They then followed by Outcome (O) second place 25.85%, Leader (L) third 24.61% Follower (F) fourth 21.46%.
